Mediterranean Cooking Class Series: Med Instead of Meds for Better Health

Join this 3 class series offered by Watauga Cooperative Extension on Thursday evenings from 4 until 6:30pm to prepare foods that fit into the classic Mediterranean way of eating, and then enjoy dinner together.

Classes will be held at the Agricultural Conference Center, 252 Poplar Grove Rd, Boone on September 7th, 14th and 21st, 2017.

Class size is limited, so reserve your space by paying $45 for all three classes, including dinner, in advance at N.C. Cooperative Extension, 971 West King St., Boone. Check or cash only, with checks made payable to Watauga CES.
