March 27th from 5:30-7:30, Watauga Ag. Conference Center, 252 Poplar Grove Rd. Free and open to the public. Watauga Extension is selling fruit plants until April 2nd, come learn the basics that you need to grow blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, and strawberries in a home garden. Some time will be spent in the classroom, and there will be time outside to look at berry plants in the landscape around our office. Watauga Master Gardeners have been working to incorporate perennial edible plants into the landscape. Registration not mandatory but helps us with planning.
