The NC Department of Agriculture has announced receipt of a second federal block grant to provide financial relief to farmers and producers across the state. This one is going to focus on farm infrastructure losses, market losses, and future economic losses. There is a lot of opportunity here for Christmas tree growers and small horticulture farms as well as livestock farms. You must have a farm number with the FSA office to be eligible.
