‘Feasting on Farm Fresh Ingredients’ Cooking Classes

Join this dinner time celebration kicking off the local food season and learn to fill your plate with delicious farm fresh ingredients.

Using inspiration from local food producers, we will create delicious dishes from appetizer to dessert and then have a wonderful dinner.

Classes will be led by Extension Agent (Nutrition and Foods) Margie Mansure and Extension Agent (Livestock) Eddy Labus.

Class meets on Wednesdays, May 1 and 8, 2019, from 5 to 7:30 p.m. at the Watauga County Agricultural Conference Center, located at 252 Poplar Grove Rd, Boone.

To secure your spot, please pay in advance at our office, N.C. Cooperative Extension, Watauga County Center, located at 971 W. King St, Boone. Payment can also be mailed in after calling to sign up.
