The Watauga office of the North Carolina Cooperative Extension is hosting an ornamental pruning workshop from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Saturday, March 30th, 2019. Meet at Clawson-Burnley Park pavilion at 355 Hunting Hills Lane in Boone to learn when and how to properly trim trees and shrubs. After discussion, there will be hands-on practice. Professional pruning tools will be available to try out, but bring your own if you have them in case of shortage.
