Collapse ▲The Carolina Meat Conference is making it’s post-COVID comeback July 30-31 in Boone in conjunction with The Southern Meat Summit. As described on the event website,:
“The Carolina Meat Conference supports a growing community committed to supporting sustainable food production through fostering regenerative production practices, advancing market opportunities, and increasing customer access to pasture-based meats.
Farmers, chefs, butchers, and industry leaders convene for over two-days of unparalleled networking, hands-on training, and technical and business assistance.
And this year, we’re growing — welcoming the entire southern region of the US to our annual conference, as part of our participation in the National Meat Summits, and joining forces to co-host the Southeast Value-Added Dairy Conference at CMC!”
