Hands-on Approachable Indian Cookery
Tuesday and Wednesday, October 11 and 12
10 – 1 each day
Interested in adding some Indian flair to your menu rotation? In this class, you’ll use the freshest, locally grown ingredients available to prepare a vegetarian Indian meal that includes dal, vegetable, starch and bread. Christine Sita Dave` grew up in India and will share her expertise in seasoning with flavorful herbs and spices. You will prepare different dishes each day, so sign up for either one or both classes, which ever fits your interest level and schedule.
Class size is limited to 8 participants, so ensure your spot by emailing Kirsten Dillman at kirsten_dillman@ncsu.edu or Margie Mansure at margie_mansure@ncsu.edu or call 828-264-3061 to get on our list.
Then stop by our office or mail $25 per class in cash or check to NC Cooperative Extension, 971 West King St., Boone.
